VersionOne Collabnet has increased activity in ABM accounts and aligned marketing, sales development and sales teams for success and is nominated for this year’s ABM Program of the Year award. The team at VersionOne Collabnet were looking for a way to reduce delays in buyer engagement with the sales team and from a campaign-marketing mindset to “always on” mindset. Over the past year they have mapped a tactical plan of inbound and outbound activities for the various tiers of accounts with higher personalization for the top tier. As a result, VersionOne Collabnet achieved an engagement rate of 88 percent within target accounts and has seen engagement with over 50 percent of target accounts in the first half of 2018.
