DigiCert is a go-to provider of identity, authentication, and encryption solutions for the web and IoT devices and a nominee for this year’s Content Experience award. The team at DigiCert were looking to provide an easier way for the sales team to engage with and view content, while delivering the best content experience to website visitors who were looking for answers to their questions. Over the past year, they created a cross-functional team to put implementation in place and began a content audit to organize content into the right streams. As a result, they gained insight into which content pieces are performing the best and are most valuable, as well as positive monthly increases in average time per visit, form completion, and page views.
