Stephanie Totty is ExamSoft’s Director of Marketing and a nominee for this year’s Marketer of the Year award. Stephanie and her team were looking for a way to assist their sales department through the harvesting and sharing of client stories, in order to utilize client advocacy for the acceleration of opportunities through the pipeline. Over the past year Stephanie has been focusing on identifying, recruiting, and working with client “ambassadors” to create remarkable content and speak to others in their industry about the goals they have achieved by using their product. As a result, they’ve gone from having three client ambassadors and a handful of pieces of content with less than 400 clients in 2012 to 90+ ambassadors, more content than they know what to do with, and more than 1400 clients just six years later.
